Chief Development Officer, New Life Ministries

Wayne serves as Chief Development Officer for New Life Ministries, a national nonprofit devoted to help people with depression, anxiety, addiction, and other mental health areas. Previously he has served as Planned Giving Officer for Intermountain Healthcare Foundation in Salt Lake City, Utah for one of the largest hospital systems in the world. He has raised money for the University of Richmond, the University of the South, and has served in various roles in a trust company and as a consultant for hundreds of nonprofits. He is the author of six books and numerous periodical articles and is a frequent speaker and retreat leader in the United States and Canada. Nonprofit Pro magazine awarded him "Most Inspirational Speaker." He is an Eagle Scout and the father of two Eagle Scouts.
